I think you’re right. In the Old Testament when a king went astray God brought war. This happened clearly with King David. I hope that in America it is not too late, not just to counter Islam, but also the young people captured by socialism, and other violent ideologies. In Europe it may be too late. But God will be glorified by believers that don’t give up whether we win or not, if we demonstrate our faith in Jesus by our actions.
You are here for a purpose bigger than any can imagine. I feel blessed to have been led to you. I am proud to support you in your courageous, raw endeavor to educate and inform those that have eyes to see and ears to hear. Thank you for sounding the alarm so we can flee the banks for safety and make needed changes for our own survival.
Interesting comparison and your point is understood. My faith in the God of the Bible is solid. My faith in American Christians understanding the threat and coalescing effectively in time to confront the threat is less than solid.
I appreciate your metaphor and how pressure or lack of pressure changes people. I’m Jewish. I am left out of this picture. Christianity is built on Judaism. Jesus‘s teachings or Jewish teachings. I do appreciate you as a voice going against the tide.
What an excellent analogy of the current state of numerous institutions in America. Never forget and never attempt to erase history. Do not fall for the fake idols pushing oppressed vs oppressor mentality that has consumed a Godless society that has buried itself with oikophobia in order to destroy itself being fed with evil Islamic invaders. A nation that needs to get back on our knees and beg for forgiveness and redemption then stand and walk with God's will as our guiding instrument. AMEN 🙏
Insightful observation, but it’s not just Islam - it’s the red/green alliance of communists (Democratic Socialists) and Islamists who are the wolves at the door. While the threat may well be what the Lord has designed to strengthen the church there will undoubtedly be a falling away of many who lack conviction when the pressure comes.
You are so correct…the great apostasy, the falling away as prophesied; we are truly living in the fig tree generation where we will see it come to pass. Thank you for your comment.
As a Wyomingite lover of both wolves and elk, I find your analogy a pretty good way to think about our own time’s gathering storm. Of course, Islam wasn’t here early on in a cultural ecosystem, so to speak, then eliminated, then brought back. And my lykophilia keeps me from accepting a comparison of wolves to Muslims and collectivists. Still, Dan, you are right: The political advance of Muslims from small town councils to mayoralties, to police captaincies, state legislatures, and Congress, well, we know from Britain just where this is headed. American Freedom will continue to ring only if we bare our fangs and attack.
Dan - thank you for this and all that you are doing for the brotherhood of believers.
I so admire your courage to speak the truth, - may God continue to work mightily through you. Just listened to your podcast with Jeremy Boering and am sending to everyone I know.
Well, it's one way to look at it. Conflict tests you. Forces you to wake up and go back to fundamentals. If this means we have to get back to the basics and repair our culture, I'm all in. As long as this does not displace action. Because right now the wolves are surrounding us. Just saying. 🤷♂️
Also, I think this needed repair process requires action. Like getting rid of USAID, and the gov financed, union financed, edu financed, media financed leftisms. Just fid this a bit in education with limitations of fed student loans. We need 100x of that.
Your general point is well taken. But Christianity itself--or as I prefer to call it, Judeo-Christianity --itself has to change, not only in its seriousness but in its content as well. We live in a post-Christian world not because Christianity as failed but because it has succeeded so wonderfully well. Look around. We are on the doorsteps of the new Jerusalem.
Not quite. In my book you'll see a picture not only of what the highest and final stage of capitalist development is going to look like (which turns out to be a form of socialism in all but name only; see chapter two, note v) but of what can justly be described as the apotheosis of the entire Judeo-Christian project, the overarching theme of which is the long human struggle from servitude.

It’s a “gift” only in the sense that God is good, and works all things for the good of his people.
Meanwhile, it certainly doesn’t feel like a gift, or like it’s good.

But to make it happen, we have to take the next step: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00U0C9HKW
These cycles have repeated throughout history, and are always accompanied by massive loss of life. Do we have the stomach for it?
Very interesting perspective!!!
Yes! Yes a thousand times!
Great article!
