Dan, that’s a perfect article on the subject and I must say, having just found you only to argue a point below (Muhammad’s unique role modeling), you’re doing some excellent work. Thank you!

Further evidence of the lack of agency for women in Muslim societies. When refusing your husband is punishable and accepted, the men are making the child bearing choices, not the women.

And they are such a brilliant enlightened group! We can look forward to a burgeoning of Nobel winners. …. Oh that’s the jews. Never mind

I encourage every single friend of mine to have a family. I have 5 kids and counting!

From my friend GA:

He should also do a couple of charts showing how the countries with 1.2 birthrates drop 40% in population every generation; 1.5 by 25% every generation.

Two generations, 100mà36m in the first example, 100mà56m in the second example. Oofa.

"Turkey’s second-generation in Germany still hits 2.4"

This is surprising since Turkey's TFR is only 1.6.

I have many kids. I would like to have hope here, but I don't. I try to do what I can to foster a pronatal attitude in my little Catholic bubble
